What happens to the details you send us through this website.

Who we are

King Slayer Sportfishing is a fishing charter business based in St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada.

The contact form

When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive:

  • your first and last name
  • your email address
  • your phone number
  • your preferred date
  • your captain preference
  • the water you would like to fish
  • how you heard about us
  • your message

We use this information only to reply to your enquiry and arrange your charter. The form sends it by email to our inbox, with a copy to TDM Insights, the company that built and manages this website.

Our website email service keeps a copy of each sent message in its delivery log for 180 days, so a lost message can be resent. After that it is deleted automatically.

We do not sell your information or share it outside King Slayer and TDM Insights.

Online booking

Online booking is handled by Acuity Scheduling, a Squarespace service. The details you enter in the booking calendar go to Acuity and are covered by the Squarespace privacy policy.

Maps, video and Instagram

This site embeds Google Maps, YouTube video and an Instagram feed. Each is provided by that company under its own policy:

A YouTube video loads only when you press play.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies.
